Within two weeks of booking your stay, a deposit is due to Wellspring House equal to at least 50 percent of your total residency stay. Due to the strict application process, your deposit is non-refundable. Please mail this deposit to:

If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your residency, please notify us immediately. We may be able to exchange your dates for a later time, if we are aware at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Your deposit can then be transferred to pay for this booking.
However, if you cancel within two weeks of your planned residency, we are unlikely to rebook your room, and thus, offer no refunds or transfers.
